Who on stage? Janine Driver is Movement Pattern Analysis (MPA) profiler and CEO of BlueStreak Training, an online virtual communications training company, for individuals and businesses to better their lives through sales, body language, detecting deception, interaction styles and decision-making programs. She spent more than 16 years as a federal law enforcement officer within the Department of Justice where she learned to quickly size people up.

Today I learned, “Decided-LY because changes what was.”

I’m in the business of persuasion and when I saw the TEDx titled, “How Five Simple Words Can Get You What You Want” with 3.3 million views and a face I didn’t know, my curiosity got the better of me. This 23:52 minute video is an exploration of how the words “decided” and words that end in “ly” (e.g. typically, supposedly, usually) are keywords that we should all be listening for as they hide opportunities to get what we want. Join Janine as gives a master class on how to get past this commonly phrased gatekeeper language with a little fortitude and storytelling of your own.
